摘 要:目的:探讨创客教育联合概念图在护理实习生教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年2月于德阳市人民医院心血管内科实习的84名护理专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各42名。对照组采用常规教学,试验组在对照组基础上采用创客教育联合概念图进行教学。比较两组创新综合能力、临床实践能力和教学满意度。结果:实习前,两组创新综合能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,两组创新综合能力评分高于实习前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实习前,两组临床实践能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,两组临床实践能力评分高于实习前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:创客教育联合概念图在护理实习生教学中的应用效果显著,能够提升护理实习生的创新综合能力、临床实践能力以及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of maker education combined with concept map in the teaching of nursing interns.Methods:A total of 84 nursing interns who interned in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Deyang People's Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 interns in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching,and the experimental group adopted maker education combined with concept map for teaching on the basis of the control group.The innovative comprehensive ability,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:Before the internship,there was no significant difference in the scores of innovative comprehensive ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the internship,the scores of innovative comprehensive ability in the two groups were higher than those before the internship,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before the internship,there was no significant difference in the scores of clinical practice ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the internship,the scores of clinical practice ability in the two groups were higher than those before the internship,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of maker education combined with concept map in the teaching of nursing interns has significant effects,and can improve the innovative comprehensive ability,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns.
