优秀传统家训融入教育家精神培育的路径探析

摘　　要：优秀传统家训作为古人道德修养的基石,对于培养人的品德和精神起到重要作用。将其融入教育家精神中,既传承弘扬了家训文化的育人本色,也巩固涵养了教育家精神的文化底色,还创新发展了家训文化的时代特色。优秀传统家训在理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、价值理念上能够与教育家精神相通。弘扬优秀传统家训文化,将其融入教育家精神培育之中,旨在让教育家精神在坚定理想信念中提升认知,在提升道德情操中润己泽人,在提高育人智慧中启发诱导,在培养价值理念中矢志奋斗,从而促进二者之间的深度融合。As the cornerstone of moral cultivation of ancient people,excellent traditional family training plays an important role in cultivating people's character and spirit.Incorporating them into the educator's spirit not only inherits and carries forward the nurturing nature of family training culture,but also consolidates and nourishes the cultural background of the educator's spirit,and also innovates and develops the contemporary characteristics of family training culture.Excellent traditional family training in the ideals,morals,parenting wisdom,values and concepts can be connected with the spirit of educators.Promoting the culture of excellent traditional family training and integrating it into the cultivation of educator's spirit aims to make educator's spirit enhance cognition in firm ideal beliefs,moisturize themselves and others in improving moral sentiments,inspire and induce in improving parenting wisdom,and strive to cultivate the concept of value,thus promoting the deep integration between the two.
