钢轨打磨治理杭深线动车组车体低频晃动研究

摘  要:针对CRH1型动车组在杭深线部分区段运行过程中出现的车体低频晃动问题,对晃车区段的轨道几何尺寸、钢轨廓形、车轮踏面状态等进行了调查,并对杭深线动车组晃车原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:杭深线晃车区段左、右股钢轨廓形存在不对称性,廓形和光带均会出现40 m左右的周期性变化;当左、右股钢轨廓形对称性不良时,新车轮和磨耗车轮的轮轨等效锥度均会减小,轮轨匹配等效锥度过小时,轮对的蛇行运动收敛能力下降,在外界激扰下横向位移量增大,引起晃车;钢轨廓形对称性不良会导致轮对轮径差变大,使得钢轨轨距角处出现交替性偏磨,加剧钢轨廓形的不对称度,形成恶性循环;钢轨打磨可有效治理高速动车组低频横向晃动,在打磨中应优先降低钢轨廓形的不对称度。In order to solve the problem of low frequency wobble of CRH1 EMU in some sections of Hangzhou-Shenzhen line,the track geometry,rail profile and wheel tread state of the wobble section were investigated,and the reasons of wobble of Hangzhou-Shenzhen line EMU were analyzed and studied.The results show that there is asymmetry in the profile of left and right strands of rails in the wobble section of Hangzhou-Shenzhen line,and the profile and light band will change periodically about 40 m.When the profile symmetry of left and right rails is bad,the wheel-rail equivalent taper of new wheels and worn wheels will decrease.When the wheel-rail matching equivalent taper is too low,the convergence ability of wheelset's hunting motion will decrease,and the lateral displacement will increase under external disturbance,which will cause the wobble.Bad symmetry of rail profile will lead to larger diameter difference of wheelset,which will lead to alternate eccentric wear at rail gauge angle,aggravate the asymmetry of rail profile and form a vicious circle.Rail grinding can effectively control the low frequency wobble of high-speed EMU,and the asymmetry of rail profile should be reduced first in grinding.
