摘 要:针对传统抗皱化妆品活性成分渗透率低、稳定性差等问题,纳米脂质体和基因工程重组蛋白技术的应用为提升抗皱功效带来新契机。本文综述了纳米脂质体递送系统和重组人表皮生长因子等在抗皱化妆品中的应用研究进展,并通过临床试验数据客观评估了其抗皱效果与安全性。结果表明,上述技术可显著提高抗皱产品功效,但仍需警惕潜在风险,进一步开展长期验证。新技术的发展将推动化妆品行业革新,为消费者提供更优质的抗衰老方案。In view of the problems of low permeability and poor stability of active ingredients in traditional anti-wrinkle cosmetics,the ap-plication of nanoliposomes and genetically engineered recombinant protein technology has brought new opportunities to improve anti-wrinkle effica-cy.This article reviews the research progress on the application of nanoliposome delivery systems and recombinant human epidermal growth factor in anti-wrinkle cosmetics,and objectively evaluates their anti-wrinkle effects and safety through clinical trial data.The results show that the above technology can significantly improve the efficacy of anti-wrinkle products,but it is still necessary to be alert to potential risks and conduct further long-term verification.The development of new technologies will promote innovation in the cosmetics industry and provide consumers with better an-ti-aging solutions.
