摘  要:为探究烟用香精的组成,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)与顶空气相-离子迁移谱图技术(HS-GC-IMS)对烟用香精SH001挥发性成分进行了解析与仿配。GC-MS和HS-GC-IMS的结合扩大了对挥发性成分的检测范围,更全面地反映香精组成。GC-MS鉴定出63种化合物,主要为酯类、丁香酚、香兰素等;HS-GC-IMS定性出28种化合物,主要为酯类、醛类、酮类等;共有成分12种。两种技术的结合可检测出更多的挥发性成分,辅以嗅香评价,实现烟用香精的解析与仿配。In order to explore the composition of tobacco flavor,the volatile components of tobacco flavor SH001 were analyzed and matched by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatography ion mobility spectroscopy(HS-GC-IMS).The combination of GC-MS and HS-GC-IMS expands the detection range of volatile compounds,and could more comprehensively reflect the volatile compounds in tobacco flavor.A total of 63 compounds were identified by GC-MS,mainly including esters,syringol,vanillin,etc.A total of 28 compounds were identified by HS-GC-IMS,mainly including esters,aldehydes,ketones,etc.Two technologies had identified 12 common components.The combination of the two detection technologies could detect more volatile components,supplemented by smell evaluation,to achieve the analysis and imitation of tobacco flavor.
