摘　　要：职业教育的生命在于实践和应用。高职院校创新创业人才培养,应着眼于现存问题,立足培养应用型复合人才,以实现学生个体成长为导向,通过建立科学系统的教学体系、建设产教协同孵化平台、健全双创成果考评机制、搭建信息化创新创业平台等举措形成育人合力,深化创新创业人才培养模式,建设高职双创生态校园。The life of vocational education lies in practice and application.Cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges should focus on the existing problems,be based on the cultivation of application-oriented composite talents,and guided by the realization of individual growth of the students,so as to form a joint force in educating people,deepen the training model of new entrepreneurial talents,and build entrepreneurship-innovation ecological campuses for higher vocational colleges through the establishment of a scientific and systematic teaching system,the construction of a collaborative incubation platform for production and education,the improvement of the evaluation mechanism for entrepreneurship and innovation achievements,and the construction of an information-based innovation and entrepreneurship platform.
