任务驱动教学法在医学院校“食品工艺学”实验教学中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：探讨了任务驱动教学法在医学院校食品质量与安全专业实验教学中的应用及效果评价。通过问卷调查的方式,分别评价任务驱动教学法和传统教学法对广州医科大学食品质量与安全专业“食品工艺学”实验教学的影响。与传统教学法相比,任务驱动教学法应用到“食品工艺学”实验教学更有利于学生对相关课程理论知识的理解及专业综合能力的提升。The application and effect evaluation of task-driven teaching method in the experimental teaching for the students of the food quality and safety major in medical colleges were discussed.Through a questionnaire survey,the effect of the task-driven teaching method and traditional teaching method on“Food Technology”experiment teaching of food quality and safety majors from Guangzhou Medical University were evaluated respectively.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the application of task-driven teaching method in the experiment teaching of“Food Technology”is more conducive to students'understanding of relevant course theoretical knowledge and improving of professional comprehensive abilities.
