摘 要:目的探究以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月-2021年12月佳木斯大学附属第一医院儿科住院医师规范化培训学员33名设为对照组,另选择2022年1月-2022年12月佳木斯大学附属第一医院33名儿科住院医师规范化培训学员设为观察组。对照组应用传统以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL),观察组应用PBL联合TBL方法进行教学,比较2组住培医师出科时的理论知识、临床实践技能考核成绩及其对教学方法的满意度。结果出科时,观察组住培医师理论考核成绩为(85.91±3.59)分、实践操作考核成绩为(91.55±4.31)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师在病历书写考核评分为(90.09±3.99)分、临床思维能力考核评分为(86.88±7.12)分、医患沟通技能方面考核评分为(18.12±2.45)分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师对教学方法满意度为96.97%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合TBL教学法能提高儿科住院医师规范化培训教学效果,有助于提高住培医师的岗位胜任力,且其能够提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in standardized training of pediatric residents.Methods A total of 33 students of standardized training for pediatric residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 33 students of standardized training for pediatric residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was taught with traditional lecture-based learning(LBL),while the observation group was taught with PBL combined with TBL.The theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills and their satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical assessment score[(85.91±3.59)points]and practical operation assessment score[(91.55±4.31)points]of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of medical record writing[(90.09±3.99)points],clinical thinking ability[(86.88±7.12)points]and doctor-patient communication skills[(18.12±2.45)points]in the observation group,were better than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching methods was 96.97%,higher than 75.76%of control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with TBL teaching method can significantly improve the effectiveness of standardized training for pediatric resident physicians,help improve the job competence of trained physicians,and improve teaching satisfaction.
