摘 要:目的探讨案例教学法与传统教学在肾内科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年12月-2022年12月于湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院肾内科实习的100名学生为研究对象,按照单盲法进行分组,接受传统教学的50名实习生设为对照组,接受案例教学法的50名实习生设为观察组。实习时间为1个月。对比2组实习生在接受不同的教学方式后,学习效果、理论知识和实践能力、综合能力及满意度。结果观察组学生的学习效果优良率(98.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的理论知识及实践能力评分分别为(89.66±8.34)分、(88.66±7.38)分,均高于对照组的(79.52±8.69)分、(78.67±7.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组综合能力评估结果显示,知识接受能力、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、分析讨论能力、紧急应对能力5个方面的评分分别为(15.36±3.21)分、(14.22±3.56)分、(15.22±2.18)分、(16.19±1.38)分、(15.45±3.26)分,高于对照组[(12.41±3.15)分、(12.21±2.33)分、(13.24±2.05)分、(14.22±1.19)分、(13.36±3.22)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。案例教学法组的满意度为96.00%,传统教学组的满意度为76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法在肾内科教学中的应用与传统教学相比,效果更好,可以提升学生的学习效果,提高其理论知识和实践能力水平,培养学生的综合能力,改善满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of case-based teaching method and traditional teaching in nephrology education.Methods A total of 100 students who participated in the practice of nephrology department in Dongfeng General Hospital of Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to the single blind method.A total of 50 interns receiving traditional teaching were set as the control group,and 50 interns receiving case-based teaching method were set as the observation group.The internship period was 1 month.Compared the learning efficiency,theoretical knowledge and practical ability,comprehensive ability,and satisfaction of two groups of interns after receiving different teaching methods.Results The excellence rate of learning efficiency of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge and practical ability scores were(89.66±8.34)points and(88.66±7.38)points of the observation group students,which were higher than(79.52±8.69)points and(78.67±7.53)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The comprehensive ability assessment results of the observation group showed that the scores of knowledge acceptance ability,clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability,analysis and discussion ability,and emergency response ability were(15.36±3.21)points,(14.22±3.56)points,(15.22±2.18)points,(16.19±1.38)points,and(15.45±3.26)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(12.41±3.15)points,(12.21±2.33)points,(13.24±2.05)points,(14.22±1.19)points,and(13.36±3.22)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the case teaching method group was 96.00%,while the satisfaction rate of the traditional teaching group was 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant
