摘  要:口腔医学是一门注重实践和操作的学科,对于医生们的临床思维、操作技能和医患沟通能力有着极高的要求。住培学员的学习重点在于如何帮助他们在短时间内提高诊治口腔科常见疾病的能力,开展讨论-示范-实践-反馈(tell-show-do-feedback,TSDF)教学模式,将有助于住培学员的培养。将TSDF教学模式引入全科口腔住培学员的教学中也是教育的内在要求。开展TSDF教学模式对住培学员及带教老师都提出了更高的要求。TSDF教学模式是指通过理论讲授、临床示教、实践考核、反馈总结4个方面进行。TSDF教学模式可以充分提升住院医师的主动学习能力和综合诊疗能力,在全科口腔规范化培训中具有较好的应用前景。Stomatology is a practical,highly operational discipline,the doctor's clinical thinking ability,practical operation ability and doctor-patient communication ability have high requirements,the focus of the residency trainees'learning is on how to help them improve their ability to diagnose and treat common dental diseases in a short period of time,then the development of tell-show-do-feedback(TSDF)teaching mode,will help the training of resident trainees.It is also an inherent requirement of education to introduce the TSDF teaching model into the teaching of general dentistry and residential trainees.The development of TSDF teaching mode puts forward higher requirements for the trainees and teachers.TSDF teaching mode refers to four aspects:theoretical teaching,clinical teaching,practical assessment and feedback summary.TSDF teaching mode can fully improve the active learning ability and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability of residents,and has a good application prospect in the standardized training of general dentistry.
