摘 要:职业院校教师教学创新团队成员主要包括专任教师和兼职教师,是各具资源禀赋个体的相互卷入,通过团队认同、共享资源、分工合作、沟通协作等,推动团队任务建设,实现教师教学创新团队的既定目标,成员之间的组织沟通分为专业性沟通、协调性沟通、情感性沟通、综合性沟通等,但成员在互动中存在无效沟通、矛盾冲突、协作无力等情况,职业院校教师教学创新团队的成员应不断增强组织的有效沟通,注重组织的冲突管理,强化组织的团队建设,推动组织的关系网络优化,提升团队成员之间的专业水平、协作能力、组织韧性、发展层级,建设结构化、高水平教学创新团队。The members of the teaching innovation team in vocational colleges mainly include full-time teachers and part-time teachers,who are the mutual involvement of individuals with resource endowments.Through team identification,resource sharing,di-vision of labor,communication and cooperation,the team task construction is promoted to achieve the established goals of the teaching innovation team.Organizational communication among members is divided into professional communication,coordinated communica-tion,emotional communication,comprehensive communication,etc.However,there are ineffective communication,conflict,and weak cooperation among members in the interaction.Members of the teaching innovation team of vocational college should constantly enhance the efective communication of the organization,pay attention to the conflict management of the organization,and strengthen the team building of the organization.Promote the optimization of the organization's relationship network,improve the professional level,collabo-ration ability,organizational resilience and development level among team members,and build a structured and high-level teaching in-novation team.
