庄子生命哲学的三重内涵及其当代价值

摘　　要：庄子生命哲学思想的三重内涵,首先,明确生命的本源,道是世间万物运行的规律,生命的本性起源于道,顺应自然是最好的状态。其次,要加强生命的修养,生命在运行过程中面临着诸多不幸和困难,包括形体层面和心灵层面遭遇的伤害,为了修养生命之道,庄子提倡要注重形神兼养。最后,经过不断修养,实现生命的理想,历经无用以处世、无物以游心、无己待逍遥的精神之旅,不困于外物的枷锁,不囿于自我的桎梏,超越自我,找寻到生命的价值所在。庄子生命哲学思想于我们具有启示意义。The three connotations of Zhuangzi's philosophy of life are as follows.First,it is clear that the origin of life is the law of all things in the world,the nature of life originates from Dao,and conforming to nature is the best state.Secondly,to strengthen the cultivation of life,life in the process of operation is faced with a lot of misfortune and difficulties,including physical and spiritual level of injury,in order to cultivate the way of life,Zhuangzi advocated to pay attention to both physical and spiritual cultivation.Finally,through continuous cultivation,we can realize the ideal of life,go through the spiritual journey of not being used to live in the world,not wandering in the mind of things,and not waiting for oneself to escape,not trapped in the shackles of foreign things,not limited to the shackles of self,beyond self,and find the value of life.Zhuangzi's philosophy of life is of enlightening significance to us.
