摘　　要：西部地区县域经济的高质量发展是我国总体经济发展战略的重要部分,但长期以来受制于技能人才的短缺而进展缓慢。企业未充分参与职业教育是导致技能人才短缺的关键因素之一。通过对泸州市相关情况的研究,发现西部企业参与职业教育面临诸多挑战。为促进企业积极参与职业教育,需要实施包括增强政策支持、改进产教融合机制等的一系列针对性措施。这将有效解决区域内技能人才短缺的问题,从而推动地区乃至国家层面经济战略的实现。The high-quality development of county-level economies in western China is an integral part of the country's overall eco-nomic growth strategy.However,this development has been significantly hindered by a longstanding shortage of skilled personnel.One of the key factors contributing to this shortage is the insufficient corporate participation in vocational education.A study of the situation in Luzhou City revealed that companies in the west face numerous challenges in engaging with vocational education.To encourage active corporate par-ticipation in this sector,it is necessary to implement targeted measures,including enhancing policy support and improving the integration of industry and education.This will effectively solve the problem of skilled talent shortage in the region,thus promoting the realization of eco-nomic strategies at the regional and even national levels.
