摘 要:传统的体适能教学模式往往只注重学生的体能训练,而忽视了学生的个体差异和学习需求。为解决这一问题,该文提出了分层小组合作教学模式,在分析分层小组合作教学理论基础上,针对目前高校体适能课程中存在的问题,详细分析分层小组合作教学模式在高校体适能课程中的开展方式,旨在通过分层教学和小组合作的方式,更好地满足不同层次学生的学习需求,提高教学效果。The traditional physical fitness teaching mode often only focuses on students'physical training,but ignores the individual differences and learning needs of students.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a stratifiedgroup cooperative teaching model,based on the analysis of the theory of stratifiedgroup cooperative teaching,and in view of the existing problems in the physical fitness courses in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes in detail the development mode of the stratifiedgroup cooperalive teaching mode in the physical fitness courses of colleges and universities,aiming to better meet the learning and learning needs of students at different levels and improve the teaching effect through the way ofstratifiedteaching and group cooperation.
