高职休闲体育专业课程教学方法的创新与实践

摘　　要：高职休闲体育专业的课程教学在培养学生实际操作技能、团队协作与沟通能力以及问题解决能力等方面具有重要意义。该文通过对高职休闲体育专业课程教学方法的创新与实践进行深入探讨,提出了基于互动式教学平台的在线教育、项目式学习和实践案例分析、跨学科融合的教学设计、个性化学习路径构建以及社会实践与实习结合等五个方面的创新教学方法,在提高学科知识与实际应用的融合、培养实际操作技能、促进学生团队协作与沟通能力、增强问题解决能力以及提高学生学科兴趣与职业认同感等方面取得了显著的成效。The teaching of leisure sports courses in higher vocational collegesand universitiesis of great importance in cultivating students practical skills,teamwork and communication abilities,as well as problem-solving abilities.This paper deeply explores the innovation and practice of teaching meth ods for leisure sports courses in vocational collegesand universities,and proposes five innovative teaching methods based on interactive teaching platforms:online education,project-based learning and practical case analysis,interdisciplinary integrated teaching design,personalized learning path construction,and the combination of social practice and internship.The innovative teaching methods have achieved remarkable results in improving the integration of disciplinary knowledge and practical applications,cultivating practical operational skills,promoting student teamwork and communication skills,enhancing problem-solving abilities,and enhancing student interest and pro fessional identity in the discipline.
