摘  要:通过测定抑菌圈大小,验证短双歧杆菌M-16V和长双歧杆菌婴儿亚种R0033之间不存在拮抗作用可复配,并将含有M-16V和R0033的6个不同配方益生菌滴剂在4℃和25℃进行储存24个月,探究其活菌稳定性及抗氧化性。研究发现益生菌滴剂载体为中链甘油三酯(Medium-Chain Triglyceride,MCT)和单、双甘油脂肪酸酯的配方1活菌数含量最高且酸价和过氧化值稳定,适合作为最终的益生菌滴剂配方。By measuring the size of inhibitory zone,it was verified that there was no antagonism between Bifidobacterium breve M-16V and Bifidobacterium longum subsp.infantis R0033.The two probiotics were combined and the probiotic drops containing M-16V and R0033 with 6 different carrier formulations were stored at 4℃and 25℃to explore their viable bacterial stability and antioxidant properties.It was found that after 24 months of storage,probiotic drops with MCT and single and double glycerol fatty acid ester as the carrier formula 1 have the highest viable bacteria count and stable acid value and peroxide value,which is suitable for the final formulation of probiotic drops.
