摘　　要：Delirium is a clinical syndrome of acute brain dysfunction,especially the incidence of delirium in patients in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit(CICU)is relatively high.This paper mainly describes the main risk factors for delirium in CICU patients are patient characteristic,disease,treatment and environment and the research progress of non-pharmacological treatment is reviewed,aiming at nursing staff should pay more attention to the patient characteristics and actively take non-pharmacological nursing measures and prevent the occurrence of delirium.This article focuses on the main risk factors of CICU patients with delirium and the research progress of non-pharmacological treatment.It aims to provide a reference basis for the management and research of CICU delirium patients in China in the future.
