摘  要:以桂味荔枝为研究对象,选择5 kg带枝新鲜完好荔果,在室温条件下以不同浓度的荔枝树叶提取物、相思树叶提取物、银杏树叶提取物作用在荔枝果实上,以可溶性固形物含量、维C含量和失重率为指标找出对荔果保鲜较好的提取物,再与预冷温度、不同冰袋量、不同料液比营养液作为试验因素进行正交试验,试验用泡沫箱作为物流包装,以感官评价作为指标,在第3天打开物流包装进行感官评价。结果表明,用体积分数8%的乙醇相思树叶提取物、4个冰袋量、预冷温度0℃和营养液(荔枝专用肥∶蒸馏水为0∶100(g∶mL))对荔枝物流保鲜较好,为后期研究荔枝保鲜及包装技术提供理论实践基础。Taking Gui flavor lychee as the research object,5 kg fresh and intact lychee fruits with branches were selected,and different concentrations of lychee leaf extract,Acacia leaf extract and Ginkgo biloba leaf extract were used to act on lychee fruits at room temperature,to find out the extracts which were better for lychee fruits'freshness with the indexes of soluble solids content,Vitamin C and weight loss,and then and the pre-cooling temperature,different amount of ice bag added and different concentrations of nutrient solution as the Test factors for orthogonal test,the test with a foam box as logistics transportation,sensory evaluation as an indicator,in the 3 day to open the logistics packaging for sensory evaluation,the results showed that:with 8%ethanol-containing acacia leaf extract,4 ice bag amount,pre-cooling temperature 0 C and nutrient solution(lychee-specific fertilizer/g:distiled water/mL=0:100)on the logistics of litchi better preservation of freshness,for the later study of litchi preservation technology provided theoretical and practical basis.
