摘 要:依托成南高速扩容工程,基于有限元方法,深入研究软土区高填路基拓宽工程差异沉降变化规律及其影响因素,提出适用于成南高速软土区高填拼接路基的差异沉降控制标准.研究表明,施工期在旧路基面会产生向两侧的水平变形和较大的不均匀沉降,极易导致旧路面中心附近产生纵向裂缝;运营期,不同运营时段路基表面累积沉降半幅区呈“勺”状分布,沉降最大值出现在路基拼接处附近,此处的底基层更容易出现拉裂破坏,运营期拼接附近成为路面裂缝的多发区域;填土高度、软基厚度、软土性质对路基面差异沉降影响均非常显著,而新路基模量对差异沉降的影响并不明显;综合考虑路面材料的极限拉应力和疲劳效应组合,对差异沉降控制标准进行了4级分级,以指导工程设计.Based on widening proiect and the finite element method,the dif chengnan pxpressway ferential settlement and its influencing factors of the widening project of high filling subgrade in soft soil area were studied,and the differential settlement control standard for high filling and splicing subgrade in soft soil area of Chengnan Expressway was proposed,The research shows that during the construc tion period,the old subgrade surface will produce a horizontal deformation towards the two sides and a large uneven settlement,which will easily lead to longitudinal cracks near the center of the old road sur.face:During the operation period,the cumulative settlement of the half-width subgrade surface in dif.ferent operation periods is a spoon-shaped distribution,the maximum settlement appears near the spli cing of the subgrade,where the subbase is more prone to crack damage,so the splicing area becomes the requent area of road cracks during the operation period:The filling height,soft foundation thickness and soft soil properties all significantly affect the different settlement of the subgrade surface,while the influence of the new subgrade modulus on the different settlement is not obvious:Considering the com bination of ultimate tensile stress and fatigue effect of pavement materials,the differential settlement control standard is classified into four grades to guide the engineering design.
