摘  要:21世纪初期,随着学业指导发展成为美国高等教育一个成熟的学科和专业领域,美国全国学业指导协会与堪萨斯州立大学合作开办了学业指导研究生证书、学业指导理学硕士和学业指导领导力哲学博士三个层次的在线研究生项目,构建了以学业指导核心知识与能力培养为基础、相互衔接和逐层递进的研究生项目课程体系,适应了从业人员的不同专业发展需求。其经验可以为我国破解高校辅导员专门人才培养的难题提供有益的参考和启示。In the early 21st century,academic advising emerged as a mature discipline and professional field within American higher education.The National Academic Advising Association(NACADA)collaborated with Kansas State University to establish an online graduate program in academic advising,offering certificates,master's degrees,and doctoral degrees in academic advising leadership.This program is designed with a curriculum that builds upon core knowledge and competencies in academic advising,catering to the diverse professional development needs of practitioners.The insights gained from this experience can provide valuable guidance for addressing the challenges of cultivating specialized talent for university advisors in China.
