摘　　要：根尖周囊肿、含牙囊肿、牙源性角化囊肿、单囊型成釉细胞瘤等是常见的颌骨囊性病变。它们通常无不适症状,但可引起牙阻生、牙松动移位、咬合障碍、骨膨胀、面部畸形等并发症。这类病变主要采用手术治疗,但被累及的活髓牙或囊内阻生牙的处理,常需要牙体牙髓科、修复科、正畸科等多学科合作,患者获得满意的治疗效果。本文介绍在颌骨囊性病变治疗中开展多学科协作(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式及其在临床教学中的初步经验。Periapical cysts,dentigerous cysts,odontogenic keratocysts,unicystic ameloblastomas and others are common cystic lesions of the jaws.They are generally asymptomatic,but can cause impacted tooth/teeth,loosening and displacement of the teeth,occlusion disorder,bone expansion and facial deformity.These lesions are surgically treated,but when the standing tooth/teeth of the pulp vitality is associated with the cystic lesions,especially tooth roots are protruded into the cyst cavity,or impacted tooth is enclosed in the cavity of developmental cysts,different treatment options have been recommended to support tooth preservation.Successful results will be obtained via the individual strategy made by the multidisciplinary team(MDT),including oral surgeons,endodontists,prosthodontists and orthodontists.We present our experience of the clinical teaching in application of MDT approach for management of the cystic lesions of the jaws.
