摘 要:为探究双制动片参数差异对制动系统动力学特性的影响,以双自由度制动片振动模型为基础,建立双制动片制动系统动力学模型。调整两制动片之间参数差异,分析制动片时变振动信号,得到相应相位图、分岔特性图,以此探讨两制动片间参数差异对制动系统稳定性影响,并探究不同制动策略下制动系统的振动特性。结果表明:双制动片参数差异对制动系统动力学特性有明显影响;在制动片之间存在一定质量、摩擦模型参数、制动片径向/切向刚度差异的情况下,制动系统振动呈现混沌特性,可以通过调整双制动片关键参数差异来抑制混沌振动。该研究可以为双制动片系统的制动策略优化与减噪抑振提供一定参考。In order to investigate the influence of the difference in parameters between the two brake pads on the dynamics of the braking system,a braking system dynamics model of the two brake pads was established based on the two-degree-of-freedom brake pad vibration model.The difference in parameters between the two brake pads is adjusted,and the corresponding phase diagram and bifurcation characteristics are obtained by analyzing the time-varying vibration signals of the brake pads,so as to explore the influence of the difference in parameters between the two brake pads on the dynamic stability of the braking system.The vibration characteristics of the braking system under different braking strategies were also investigated.The results indicate:the difference in parameters between the two brake pads has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of the braking system.In the presence of certain mass,friction model parameters and radial/tangential stiffness differences between the brake pads,the vibration of the braking system shows chaotic characteristics,and the key parameters differences of the dual brake pads can be adjusted to suppress the chaotic vibration.This study can provide some reference for the optimization of the braking strategy and noise&vibration reduction of the dual brake pad system.
