摘 要:本研究通过预实验证明了雪莲口服液药渣中残有多糖及多酚类物质,为了充分利用这两种活性物质,采用水提醇沉的方法,于雪莲口服液药渣中得到粗多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法进行含量测定;采用超声提取法提取多酚类物质,并用Folin-酚法对其进行含量测定。结果表明,多糖和多酚在2.5~17.5μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内均与吸光度呈线性关系,其平均含量分别为21.40%、0.089%,RSD分别为1.85%、2.42%,作为二次利用产物,雪莲口服液药渣中总多糖和总多酚类物质含量较高,有较大的利用价值,可作进一步研究。This study demonstrated through preliminary experiments that there are residual polysaccharides and polyphenols in the Snow lotus oral liquid residue,in order to fully utilize these two active substances,using the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation,crude polysaccharides were obtained from Snow lotus oral liquid residue,and the content was determined using the phenol sulfuric acid method;Using ultrasonic extraction method,extract polyphenols and determine their content using Folin phenol method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of polysaccharide in the range of 2.5~17.5μg·mL^(-1),and the average content of polysaccharide was 21.40%,RSD was 1.85%;Polyphenols showed a good linear relationship with absorbance in the concentration range of 2.5~17.5μg·mL^(-1) with an average value of 0.089% and RSD of 2.42%.As a product of secondary utilization,the content of total polysaccharides and total polyphenols in the Snow lotus oral liquid residue is relatively high,which has great utilization value and can be further studied.
