摘  要:本科生实验课是培养学生理论结合实践能力的重要环节,以问题为导向的互动式教学法强调学生在教学活动中的主体作用,注重培养学生独立自主与探索未知的能力,广泛应用于国内外高校的实践教学。以“植物基因工程”实验课为例,探讨以问题为导向的互动式教学法在本科实验教学中应用途径,通过师生联动优化教学方案与实验细节,学生分组培养团队合作意识,以及课后反馈保障良性循环等措施,引导学生带着问题去学习,调动其学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生独立自主与探索未知的能力,改善课堂教学效果。Laboratory course is important to cultivate the ability of applying theory with practice for undergraduate students.The problem-oriented interactive teaching method emphasizes the central role of students in teaching activities and focuses on cultivating students’independent ability and curiosity,which is widely adopted in laboratory course teaching activities in colleges and universities at home and abroad.Here,we take plant genetic engineering laboratory course as an example,discussing the application approaches of problem-oriented interactive teaching method in undergraduate laboratory course teaching.Optimizing the teaching plan and experimental details through the cooperation of teachers and students,cultivating the students’cooperation consciousness through teamwork in groups,and guaranteeing the virtuous circle of after class feedback,thus students can explore knowledge with problems or curious and possess extreme enthusiasm and initiative for learning.Finally,the ability of independent and curious for students are cultivated,and the teaching effect is highly improved.
