摘　　要：该文探讨显微同步镜像技术在临床病理科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。该技术通过连接显微镜镜头,有关人员使用移动终端微信或者APP便能查看实时超高清图片,可线上讨论,并可将该阅片过程上传至教学平台。该技术能够突破时间和空间限制,促进师生交流互动,方便回顾和复习,有助于提升教学阅片的效果,加快临床病理科人才培养。This paper explores the application of microscope synchronous image technology in the standardized training of clinicopathologic residents.By connecting the microscope lens,relevant personnel can utilize mobile applications such as WeChat or dedicated apps to access real-time ultra-high-definition images,engage in online discussions,and upload the process of film reading to a teaching platform.The technology transcends temporal and spatial constraints,fosters interaction between educators and learners,facilitates review processes.The technology can enhance teaching effectiveness in film reading and accelerate the development of clinical pathology expertise.
