摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合情景式教学在颞下颌关节外科硕士研究生来源的住院医师培训中的应用及教学效果。方法20名颞下颌关节外科住院医师被分为两组,每组10人。观察组采取翻转课堂联合情景式教学,对照组则接受传统带教,完成教学及考核。对比分析两组住院医师教学反馈及满意度调查情况。结果观察组总体教学满意度更高,住院医师表现出对颞下颌关节外科教学更浓厚的学习兴趣。结论翻转课堂联合情景式教学是一种更优化且受欢迎的颞下颌关节外科培训模式,有助于提高颞下颌关节外科住院医师理论知识的理解,为其向临床医生角色的顺利转换提供良好基础。Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with situational teaching in the residency training specializing in temporomandibular joint surgery.Methods 20 residents in temporomandibular joint surgery were divided into two groups,with 10 in each group.The observation group adopted flipped classroom combined with situational teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching and completed teaching and assessment.A comparative analysis of the teaching feedback and satisfaction survey of the two groups was conducted.Results The overall teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the residents showed a stronger interest in learning about temporomandibular joint surgery.Conclusion Flipped classroom combined with situational teaching is a more optimized and popular training model for temporomandibular joint surgery,which helps to improve the understanding of theoretical knowledge of residents in temporomandibular joint surgery and provides a good foundation for their smooth transition to the role of clinical doctors.
