摘 要:产教融合扩展并深化了高等学校的办学模式,促进了人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧的有机适配。不过,在课程思政工程建设背景下,高等学校产教融合教学实践在专业育才的同时应同步融入思政育人功能。根据课程思政工程建设精神要求,经管类专业当深耕产教融合教学实践,并以系统化的思维进行整合与优化。为此,论文从培养方案设计、实践平台建设、实践共同体与内在动力机制建构以及实施路径机制等方面,系统地提出了产教融合基于“思政+专业+行业”的协同育人模式。The integration of industry and education has expanded and deepened the educational model of higher education institutions,promoting the organic adaptation of talent cultivation supply side and industry demand side.However,in the context of curriculum ideological and political engineering construction,the practice of integrating industry and education in higher education institutions should simultaneously integrate the function of ideological and political education into professional talent cultivation.According to the spirit of ideological and political engineering construction in the curriculum,majors in economics and management should deepen their practice of integrating industry and education,and integrate and optimize them with systematic thinking.Therefore,the paper systematically proposes a collaborative education model based on“ideological and political education+profession+industry”for the integration of industry and education,from the aspects of training program design,practical platform construction,practical community and internal driving mechanism construction,and implementation path mechanism.
