摘 要:同伴支架是支架式教学的一个分支,是指在专家或同伴的帮助下,学生主动构建自身的知识体系,实现从“已有水平”向“潜在水平”的发展。针对高等职业技术教育学生基础参差不齐、学习兴趣不足、课堂参与度不够等问题,采用以线下为主的混合式教学模式,同时将同伴支架引入线下课堂,形成“课前预习——互助释疑——成果展示——随机检查——实施评价”五个阶段,促进学习型课堂的建立。同伴支架将学生的学习差异转化为一种课堂资源,提供了一种激发学生主动学习的新思路,而混合式教学模式则拓宽了学习的空间,也有利于促进学生自主学习能力的培养。Peer interaction is a branch of scaffolding teaching,which means that with the help of experts or peers,students actively construct their own knowledge system to realize the development from “existing level” to “potential level”.Aiming at the problems such as uneven foundation,lack of interest in learning and insufficient participation in class,this paper adopts the mixed teaching mode based on offline,and introduces the peer support into the offline classroom to form the five stages of “pre-class mutual aid and explanation achievement display random check implementation evaluation”,which promotes the establishment of learning class.The peer support can transform the students' learning difference into a kind of classroom resource and provide a new way to stimulate the students' active learning,while the mixed teaching mode can widen the learning space and promote the students' self-learning ability.
