高铁大跨度长联连续钢桥铺设无砟轨道的适应性

摘  要:雄安—商丘高铁黄河桥主桥(60+80+4×260+280+80+60) m连续钢桁梁柔性拱桥上铺设无砟轨道,具有结构构造复杂、跨度大、联长长、温度敏感性高等特点。本文以该桥为对象,研究高铁长联大跨度连续钢桥桥上铺设无砟轨道的适应性。采用MIDAS/Civil建立全桥空间有限元模型,对竖向刚度、梁端转角、桥面系结构构造、梁端伸缩装置及车-线-桥耦合振动动力响应进行研究。结果表明:钢桁梁柔性拱的结构可为无砟轨道提供较大的竖向刚度,保障安全行车的平顺性;采用较短边跨组合可有效减小梁端转角;设置断缝的混凝土桥面板轨面平顺性优于不设置断缝的连续桥面板;在相同抗剪安全系数的情况下,混凝土垫层与钢桥面板之间的连接采用圆柱形剪力钉经济性优于PBL(Pretensioned Bolted Lock-up)剪力键。通过梁端变形计算,建议选择伸缩量为±600 mm的钢轨伸缩调节器,可满足本桥梁端变形要求;通过车-线-桥耦合振动动力仿真分析,列车各项动力性能指标及乘坐舒适性均满足规范要求。The main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge on the Xiongan-Shangqiu high speed railway(60+80+4×260+280+80+60)is a continuous steel truss flexible arch bridge with ballastless track laid on it,which has complex structural construction,long-span,high temperature sensitivity,and other characteristics.Taking the bridge as the object,the adaptability of laying ballastless tracks on high speed rail long-span continuous steel bridges was studied in this paper.A finite element model of the entire bridge space was established using MIDAS/Civil to analyze and study the vertical stiffness,beam end angle,bridge deck structure,beam end expansion device,and vehicle-rail-bridge coupling vibration dynamic response.The results indicate that the structure of steel truss flexible arch can provide significant vertical stiffness for ballastless tracks,ensuring smooth and safe driving.The use of shorter side span combinations can effectively reduce the beam end angle.The smoothness of the track surface of concrete bridge decks with broken joints is better than that of continuous bridge decks without broken joints.Under the same shear safety factor,the connection between the concrete cushion layer and the steel bridge deck using cylindrical shear studs is more economical than PBL(Pre-tense Bolted Locked-up)shear keys.Based on the calculation of beam end deformation,it is recommended to choose a steel rail expansion adjuster with an expansion of±600 mm,which can meet the deformation requirements of this bridge end.Through the dynamic simulation analysis of vehicle-track-bridge coupling vibration,the various dynamic performance indicators and ride comfort of the bridge meet the regulatory requirements.
