中国城镇居民教育代际流动性的测量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：利用最新一轮开展的中国家庭收入调查数据,实证测量了中国城镇居民教育代际流动性及其影响效应。结果发现:利用子代-父辈受教育程度的交叉列联表,发现城镇居民教育代际流动性呈整体上升趋势,结构性流动率高于循环性流动率,教育向上流动趋势明显;利用普通最小二乘法结合逐项回归思想发现父亲对子代受教育程度的影响效应高于母亲,父母亲受教育程度每提升1年,子代接受学历教育年限数将提高0.31年和0.234年;对性别做进一步地异质性分析,发现女性教育代际流动性对父亲受教育程度的依赖性更强,男性则对母亲具有更强的依赖性,而公共教育扩张政策对教育代际流动性的影响效应存在非线性的变化趋势。Based on the latest round of CHIP,this paper empirically measures the intergenerational mobility of education of Chinese urban residents and its impact effect.Key findings include three aspects.(1)The intergenerational mobility of education of urban residents shows an overall upward trend,while the rate of structural mobility is higher than the rate of circular mobility,while the upward trend of education is obvious through using the method of cross contingency table of children’s and parents’education level.(2)The effect of father on the education level of children is higher than that of mother.For each year of parents’education level,the number of years of academic education of children will increase by 0.31 and 0.234 years by using the method of OLS.(3)Further analysis of gender heterogeneity shows that women’s intergenerational mobility of education is more dependent on their father’s education level,while men are more dependent on their mother.There is a nonlinear trend in the impact of public education expansion policy on intergenerational mobility of education.
