摘  要:目的分析3D打印技术联用医学影像存档与通讯系统(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems,PACS)教学模式对提升骨科临床实习生的理解和表达能力影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月罗田县人民医院骨科的50名实习生为研究对象,按照单双数随机法分为两组,每组25名,对照组实施传统的带教方式,观察组使用3D打印技术联合PACS教学模式,对比两组考核成绩、教学效果自我评价及对教学模式的满意度。结果教学后,观察组实习生的理论考试成绩和实践考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组表达能力、理解能力、解决问题能力、自主学习能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度评分(90.63±8.51)分高于对照组(85.05±8.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.386,P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术联合PACS教学模式有利于提升教学质量,增强骨科实习生的理解和表达能力。Objective To analyze the impact of 3D printing technology coupled with PACS teaching mode on improv-ing the comprehension and expression ability of orthopedic clinical interns.Methods Fifty interns from the Depart-ment of Orthopedics of Luotian County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 25 each according to the odd-even randomization method.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used 3D printing technology combined with PACS teaching mode,compared the assessment scores,self-evaluation of teaching effect and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical examination scores and practical examination scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of expression ability,comprehension ability,problem solving ability and inde-pendent learning ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was 90.63±8.51,higher than 85.05±8.02 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.386,P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology combined with PACS teaching mode is conducive to improving the quality of teaching and enhanc-ing the comprehension and expression ability of orthopedic interns.
