摘 要:为实现职业本科大学高质量发展,核心在于帮助学生明确个体定位、提升生涯发展能力。当前,我国职业本科大学生涯教育尚不成熟,存在理论片面、目标功利、内容单一等问题,无法精准培育学生。为此,需从理论层面深入理解生涯教育的必要性和可操作性,指导学生作出正确生涯选择,探索突破性发展路径。在宏观上,应依托国家纲领性文件和教育改革提供制度保障;在中观上,以个性发展为基础,建立可行的生涯教育体系;在微观上,关注学生思想引导,提供契合的生涯指导,增强其规划能力,有效推动职业本科大学学生生涯的系统性和整体性发展。To achieve high-quality development for vocational undergraduate education,the core lies in helping students clarify their individual positioning and enhance their career development abilities.However,currently,career education for vocational undergraduates in China is still immature,with issues such as one-sided theories,utilitarian goals,and single content,which cannot accurately cultivate students.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the necessity and operability of career education from a theoretical perspective,guide students to make correct career choices,and explore breakthrough development paths.Macroscopically,it is essential to rely on national programmatic documents and education reforms to provide institutional guarantees;mesoscopically,it is important to establish a feasible career education system based on individual development;and microscopically,attention should be paid to guiding students’thinking,providing suitable career guidance,enhancing their planning abilities,and effectively promoting the systematic and holistic development of vocational undergraduate students’careers.
