以学生为中心的数控铣床刀具半径补偿教学探索

摘  要:根据数控加工企业对技术人才的要求,在刀具半径补偿教学过程中,探索以学生为中心的教学模式,采用线上线下一体化教学,虚实结合。结果表明,学生在手工编程过程中理论分析的能力有明显提升,并能进一步指导加工实训,减少实训过程中的事故,培养学生积极的质量观念,增强岗位认同感。In order to meet the requirements of technical talents for the CNC enterprises,this study explores a student-centered model in the teaching process of tool radius compensation with an integrated online and offline teaching methods,combining virtuality and reality.The results suggest that students'ability of theoretical analysis has been significantly improved in the process of programming,which on the other hand further guiding practical operation,reducing the number of accidents,cultivating students'idea of quality,and enhancing their professional identity.
