摘　　要：“机械工程控制基础”是某本科高校机械电子工程专业的一门必修课程,该课程教学面临着一些问题,因此,有必要对该课程进行教学改革。分析了该课程教学面临的问题,并以精益管理理论为指导,从课程教学团队作用发挥、课程教学内容及其组织方式、课程教学流程和教学方法、课后作业和知识点小测试、教学评价与反馈、课程实验等角度对该课程进行了教学改革,提出了一些教学改革措施,以期能提高该课程的教学效率和教学质量。“Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering Control”is a compulsory course in the Mechanical and Electronic Engineering major of a certain undergraduate college,the teaching of this course faces some problems,so it is necessary to reform the teaching of this course.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the problems faced in the teaching of this course,and takes Lean Management Theory as the guidance,from the perspectives of the exertion of course teaching team functions,the content and organization of the course,the teaching process and teaching methods,homework and knowledge point quizzes,teaching evaluation and feedback,and course experiments,etc,the teaching reform of this course is carried out,some teaching reform measures are proposed,it is expected to improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of this course.
