摘　　要：利用c-正规性给出了有限群是p-幂零群的充要条件,并通过分析Sylow子群及其极大子群在G中的c-正规性,给出了有限群G是p-超可解群的2个充分条件.The necessary and sufficient condition for finite groups to be p-nilpotent groups is given by using c-normality,and two sufficient conditions for finite groups G to be p-supersolvable groups are obtained by investigating the c-normality of Sylow subgroups and their maximal subgroups.
