高职院校学生社团管理现状与对策——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：新形势下,共青团中央对切实加强学生社团高质量发展提出了新要求,高职院校学生社团工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。文章以湖北工业职业技术学院为例,通过展示高职院校学生社团管理现状,分析高职院校学生社团管理中存在的问题,包括临时团支部政治引领作用不足、育人功能不够凸显、运行发展不稳定、缺乏有效的指导力量等,围绕学生社团的思政引领、育人作用、运行发展等方面提出进一步加强管理的对策建议。Under the new situation,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League has put forward new requirements for effectively strengthening the high-quality development of student organizations.The work of student organizations in higher vocational colleges is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example,this article demonstrates the current situation of student club management in vocational colleges,analyze the problems in student club management in vocational colleges,including insufficient political guidance role of temporary youth league branches,insufficient emphasis on educational functions,unstable operation and development,and lack of effective guidance.Based on the ideological and political guidance,educational role,and operational development of student clubs,further suggestions for strengthening management are proposed.
