摘  要:职教师范生是我国职业教育重要的师资储备力量,对职业技术教育的高质量发展起着重要作用,而职业认同感是职教师范生学习质量与教育质量的重要影响因素之一。文章以吉林省J职业技术师范大学的700名本科师范生为研究对象,采取调查问卷法和访谈法的方式对其职业认同感情况进行调研,调查分析发现,职教师范生职业认同感普遍处于中等偏下水平,主要是社会认可度低、职业发展空间有限、教育环境不佳等因素所致,并从社会、学校及个人层面提出职教师范生职业认同的培养对策。Vocational normal students are important reserve forces for vocational education in China,playing a crucial role in the high-quality development of vocational and technical education.Professional identity is one of the important influencing factors on the learning and educational quality of vocational normal students.The article takes 700 undergraduate normal students from J Vocational and Technical Normal University in Jilin Province as the research object,and conducts a survey on their professional identity through questionnaire and interview methods.The survey analysis shows that the professional identity of vocational normal students is generally at a medium to low level,mainly due to factors such as low social recognition,limited career development space,and poor educational environment.Strategies for cultivating professional identity of vocational normal students are proposed from the social,school,and individual levels.
