摘 要:新时代安徽人民满意的教育强省建设是服务安徽高质量发展、建设现代化美好安徽的战略选择。人民满意的教育强省建设具有教育质量和发展水平高、人才自主培养能力强、教育服务贡献能力强、教育治理水平高、教育创新能力强、教育开放合作能力强、教育社会影响力强、教育社会满意度高等特征。在厘清人民满意的教育强省建设的政策逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的基础上,提出安徽人民满意的教育强省建设的实践路径:以理论为引领,创新教育教学理念,推动教育教学改革发展;以质量为核心,构建高质量人才自主培养体系,促进人才培养多元化、个性化、协同化;以人民为中心,推进基本公共教育服务优质均衡,推动教育公平发展;以改革创新为动力,推进教育治理现代化,促进教育法治、共治、善治。In the new era,the construction of Anhui’s strong education province satisfying the people is a strategic choice to serve the high-quality development of Anhui and build a modern and beautiful Anhui.The construction of a strong education province that the people are satisfied with has the characteristics of high education quality and development level,strong ability of self-cultivation of talents,strong ability of contribution to education services,high level of education governance,strong ability of education innovation,strong ability of education opening and cooperation,strong social influence of education,and high social satisfaction with education.On the basis of clarifying the policy logic,theoretical logic and practical logic of building a strong education province with people’s satisfaction,this paper puts forward the practical path of building a strong education province with people’s satisfaction which includes innovating education and teaching ideas,and promoting the reform and development of education and teaching with theory as the guidance;establishing an independent training system for high-quality talents,and promoting diversified,personalized and collaborative training of talents with quality as the core;improving quality and balance of basic public education services,and promoting equitable development of education with the people at the center;enhancing the modernization of education governance,and promoting the rule of law,co-governance and good governance in education with reform and innovation as the driving force.
