摘 要:为增强学生自主学习能力,培养高校科研主力军,推进教育高质量发展,文章以新疆医科大学为例,围绕以学生为中心的医科院校高质量发展模式在教学过程中存在的问题,对以学生为中心的医科院校高质量发展模式改革的价值意蕴、改革的原则,以及改革的策略进行深入探讨,提出应强化引导作用,落实育人职责;破解思维能力,拓宽成长渠道;创新教学设计,激发学习动力;重塑教学评价,注重个性发展等应对策略,以期为我国以学生为中心的医科院校高质量发展模式改革的理论研究和实践探索提供借鉴。To enhance students'self-learning ability,cultivate the main force of scientific research in universities,and promote high-quality development of education.This article takes Xinjiang Medical University as an example,focusing on the problems in the teaching process of the student-centered high-quality development model in medical colleges.It deeply explores the value,principles,and strategies of the reform of the student-centered high-quality development model in medical colleges,and proposes to strengthen guidance and implement educational responsibilities;Cracking down on thinking abilities and expanding growth channels;Innovative teaching design to stimulate learning motivation;Reshaping teaching evaluation,focusing on personalized development and other coping strategies,in order to provide reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of the high-quality development model reform of student-centered medical colleges in China.
