摘 要:文章基于重庆高职院校就业困难群体就业数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析个体就业能力、家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素四个维度对就业困难群体就业的影响。研究发现:专业知识、技能证书数量等十二个因素对就业困难群体就业具有显著正向影响。因此,建议高职院校就业服务工作前移,加强对就业困难群体的就业指导;进一步优化学科专业布局调整,突出实践教育理念;政府需要强化就业政策宣传,夯实政策执行基础。Based on the employment data of disadvantaged groups in vocational colleges in Chongqing,a binary logistic regression model is used to analyze the impact of four dimensions of factors,namely individual employment ability,family factors,school factors,and social factors,on the employment of disadvantaged groups.Research has found that twelve factors,including professional knowledge and the number of skill certificates,have a significant positive impact on the employment of disadvantaged groups.Therefore,it is recommended that vocational colleges move their employment service work forward and strengthen employment guidance for groups facing employment difficulties;Further optimize the layout adjustment of disciplines and majors,highlighting the concept of practical education;The government needs to strengthen the promotion of employment policies and consolidate the foundation for policy implementation.
