摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价用于住院医师规范化培训质量提升的情况。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月,我院开展住院医师规范化培训收取的30名住院医师,将其随机分为两组,对照组采用传统评价模式,观察组采用形成性评价。对比两组的评价反馈情况。结果观察组规培医师的临床思维、医患沟通、技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。理论考核成绩与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。住院医师对形成性评价的调查结果显示,100%认为能提高患者管理能力,93.33%可以提高知识技能与沟通合作能力,对于此种评价模式满意,86.67%认为可以激发学习积极性,不会增加课业负担。结论在住院医师规范化培训中应用形成性评价能够提高规培医师的培训质量,提高其各项专业能力。Objective To explore the use of formative assessment in improving the quality of standardized training for resident physicians.Methods A total of 30 resident physicians who received standardized training for resident physicians in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional evaluation mode,while the observation group received formative evaluation.Compare the evaluation feedback of the two groups.Results The clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication,and skill operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in theoretical assessment scores compared with the control group(P<0.05).The survey results of resident physicians on formative evaluation showed that 100%believed it could improve patient management ability,93.33%believed it could improve knowledge skills and communication cooperation ability,and they were satisfied with this evaluation model.86.67%believed it could stimulate learning enthusiasm without increasing academic burden.Conclusions The application of formative assessment in standardized training for resident physicians can improve the training quality,enhance their professional abilities.
