摘  要:通过分析高速铁路弓网状态监测系统架构,研究适用于重载铁路的弓网状态一体化监测系统架构及装置。根据功能要求研究线结构光3D相机接触网几何参数和磨耗检测技术,实现接触网几何参数和磨耗的高精度测量;研究基于光电倍增管的燃弧检测技术,实现了弓网燃弧高精度测量,具备燃弧功率密度和燃弧时间同时连续测量的功能;研究受电弓红外测温技术、受电弓视频监控技术、接触网零部件高清拍照技术,实现明显故障缺陷自动识别功能。根据技术研究成果研发了试验样机,经在重载机车上运行测试,运行效果良好,测试数据满足要求,实现预期目标。By analyzing the architecture of the high-speed railway pantograph-catenary status monitoring system,the study is applicable to the architecture and device of an integrated pantograph-catenary status monitoring system suitable for heavy-duty railways.In accordance with functional requirements,studies are made for line structural light 3D camera based on OCS geometrical parameters and wear inspection technology to achieve high precise measurement of OCS geometrical parameters and wear.High precise measurement of pantograph-catenary arcing highlighted by the studies made for the arcing inspection technology based on the photomultiplier tubes,with the ability to continuously measure arc power density and arcing time at the same time.Studies are made for infrared temperature measurement technology for pantographs,video monitoring technology for pantographs and high-definition photography technology for OCS fittings to realize the automatic identification of obvious faults and defects.A test prototype has been developed and tested on a heavy haul locomotive.The test results show that test data meets the requirements and the operation is fine,achieving the expected goals.
