摘  要:数据、模型与决策是经济类、管理类和部分理工类专业的核心课程。主要包括运筹学与应用统计学等以量化分析为主要教学内容的课程,其教学质量关系着高素质人才培养和国家核心竞争力。天津大学运筹学课程组联合驻津10余所高校开展问卷调查,多角度分析课程教学质量关键影响因素及其相互间的作用机理,采用结构方程模型分析的结果表明:开展课程思政对于提高学生的学习积极性、增强课堂凝聚力具有积极意义;而师资水平、师生关系和教学内容是影响教学质量的关键因素。未来的教学改革,需要进一步强化课程思政的价值引领作用,并根据授课对象特点设置差异化的教学内容,提升课程的高阶性和创新性,提高学生的参与度和获得感。Courses in data,model and decision are the core ones for economics,management and some science and engineering majors.These courses primarily focus on quantitative analysis,including Operational Research and Applied Statistics etc.The teaching quality of these courses is closely related to the training of high-quality talents and the national core competitiveness.The Operational Research Group of Tianjin University together with over ten universities located in Tianjin carried out a questionnaire survey to analyze the key factors influencing teaching quality from multiple perspectives and their interactions.The results of the structural equation model indicate that ideological and political education indeed plays a positive role in enhancing students' enthusiasm and the cohesion in the classroom.Furthermore,faculty competence,teacher-student relationships,and course content emerge as pivotal factors affecting teaching quality.Future teaching reform needs to strengthen the guiding role of the ideological and political education of the course.This involves tailoring differentiated contents according to the characteristics of the students,enhancing the advanced and innovative nature of the curriculum,and increasing students' engagement and sense of achievement.
