摘  要:高职院校旅游管理专业课程思政建设是落实立德树人、适应文旅融合、提升职业素养的必然需求。结合现代学徒制开展旅游管理专业课程思政,需从育人目标、育人内容、育人队伍入手,以校企合作方式探索一体化教学新形态。为此,立足于培养高素质创新型复合型文旅人才的育人目标,要巩固“多元一体”课程阵地,夯实课程思政“基础层”;培养“协同育人”师资队伍,打造课程思政“引领层”;构建“多维融合”考核评价,筑牢课程思政“保障层”。The ideological and political construction of tourism management courses in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable demand for carrying out moral cultivation,adapting to the integration of culture and tourism,and improving professional quality.Combining modern apprenticeship system to carry out tourism management courses,it is necessary to start from the goal,content and team of education,and explore a new form of integrated teaching by means of school-enterprise cooperation.Therefore,based on the goal of cultivating high-quality innovative compound cultural tourism talents,it is necessary to consolidate the"pluralistic integration"course position and consolidate the"foundation layer"of curriculum ideology and politics;Cultivate the teaching staff of"collaborative education"and build the"leading layer"of curriculum ideology and politics;Construct"multi-dimensional integration"assessment and evaluation,and build a solid curriculum ideological and political"guarantee layer".
