摘  要:基于高职院校食品类专业服务乡村振兴战略要求,剖析了职业教育助力乡村振兴的内涵和动因,并从涉农食品企业人才供需关系、人员就业动力和人才能力养成等3个维度分析了乡村振兴中人才需求和产业发展的现实困境。以现存人才供给不对等、产业就业动力弱、学生技能熟练度低、企业缺乏创新活力等问题为导向,从培养目标定位、思政涵育、技能锻造、双创开拓四个方面提出了食品类专业职业教育助力乡村振兴的合理路径。In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the talent revitalization and industrial revitalization were elaborated on assisting rural revitalization as the connotation of vocational education.The paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of talent demand and industrial development in rural revitalization from the three dimensions of talent supply and demand relationship,employment motivation and ability cultivation of agricultural and food enterprises.Guided by the problems such as unequal supply of existing talents,weak industrial employment power,low skill proficiency of students,and lack of innovation vitality of enterprises,this paper puts forward a reasonable path for food professional vocational education to help rural revitalization from four aspects:orientation of training objectives,ideological and political cultivation,skill forging,and double innovation and development.
