摘  要:在新商科建设背景下,财务管理专业如何以OBE-CDIO理念为指导进行新商科实践教学体系改革,成为当前应用型本科财务管理专业面临的一大难题。基于OBE-CDIO理念,新商科实践教学体系改革应主要从构建完整的实践教学体系、实施多样性实践教学手段、建立“双师型”实践教学师资队伍、构建综合评价体系和实践教学效果反馈机制等方面入手。该文以财务管理专业为研究对象,对当前财务管理专业实践教学体系改革的必要性进行分析,阐述了新商科背景下财务管理专业实践教学体系存在的问题,并对新商科背景下基于OBE-CDIO理念的财务管理实践教学体系改革提出了相应的改革策略。Under the background of new business discipline construction,how to reform the practice teaching system of new business discipline under the guidance of OBE-CDIO has become a big problem for the financial management specialty of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Based on the concept of OBE-CDIO,the reform of the new business practical teaching system should start with the construction of a complete practical teaching system,the implementation of diversified practical teaching methods,the establishment of“double-qualified”practical teaching faculty,the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system and the feedback mechanism of practical teaching effect.Taking the financial management major as the research object,this paper analyzes the necessity of the current reform of the practical teaching system of the financial management major,and expounds the problems existing in the practical teaching system of the financial management major under the new business background.It also puts forward the corresponding reform strategy for the reform of financial management practice teaching system based on the OBE-CDIO concept.
