摘　　要：癫痫是一种神经系统的慢性疾病,主要由大脑异常放电引起,可导致患者头痛、认知障碍及情绪异常波动等,严重影响患者身心健康,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。目前关于癫痫的具体发病机制研究较少,且治疗癫痫的药物效果有限,还可产生一定的副作用,因此需寻找更多安全有效的天然产物预防和治疗癫痫。二十二碳六烯酸是人体必需的一种多不饱和脂肪酸,主要来源于海洋生物,具有提供能量、影响炎症反应、免疫反应和保护神经等多种生物功能。本文主要综述抑制细胞凋亡、抗氧化和抗炎等多种途径对二十二碳六烯酸治疗癫痫的研究,为癫痫治疗的新思路提供参考依据。Epilepsy is a chronic disease of nervous system,mainly caused by abnormal brain discharges,which can lead to headache,cognitive impairment and abnormal emotional fluctuations in patients,seriously affecting their physical and mental health,and bringing a heavy burden to families and society.At present,there is relatively little research on specific pathogenesis of epilepsy,and the effectiveness of drugs for treating epilepsy is limited,which can also produce certain side effects.Therefore,it is necessary to search for more safe and effective natural products to prevent and treat epilepsy.Docosahexaenoic acid is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid for human body,mainly derived from marine organisms.It has multiple biological functions such as providing energy,affecting inflammatory responses,immune responses and protecting nerves.This article mainly reviews research on the treatment of epilepsy with docosahexaenoic acid through various pathways such as inhibiting cell apoptosis,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,providing reference for new ideas in epilepsy treatment.
