摘　　要：正气学说是中医重要的理论基础,正气具有协调五脏六腑、维护阴阳平衡、促进气血和畅、疏通经络运行、适应内外环境变化、抵抗邪气入侵、促使病体康复的七大功能。邪正盛衰是中医重要的病机,包括正气存内、邪不可干,邪之所凑、其气必虚,正邪交争,正胜邪退,正胜邪伏,正邪胶着,邪盛正衰,正虚邪恋八种转归。扶正观认为,疾病的发生是正气不足的结果,在临床上要充分认识正气的作用,始终关注患者正气的强弱,始终不忘固护正气,将扶正或扶正祛邪作为疾病的根本治则。扶正包括健康不忘固护正气、正邪交争时祛邪即是扶正、正胜邪退时扶正固本、正胜邪伏时扶正即是祛邪、正邪胶着时祛邪而不伤正、邪盛正衰时扶正为主辅以祛邪、正虚邪恋时治标不应者求之于本七种方法。Zheng Qi Theory,which is an important theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine theories.Zheng Qi has seven major functions:coordinating the Five Zang and Fu internal organs,maintaining the balance of Yin and Yang,promoting the harmony of Qi and blood,dredging the operation of meridians,adapting to changes of internal and external environment,resisting the invasion of the evil factor Qi,and promoting the recovery from the disease.Xie Zheng Sheng Shuai is an important pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine,including the existence of Zheng Qi resisting the evil factor Qi,the injury of evil factor Qi suggesting the deficiency of Zheng Qi,the conflict between Zheng Qi and evil factor Qi,the victory of Zheng Qi and evil factor Qi retreating,Zheng Qi victory and evil factor Qi lurking,fighting between Zheng Qi and evil factor Qi,the prosperity of evil factor Qi indicating the decline of Zheng Qi as well as Zheng Qi deficiency and evil factor lingering.In concept of Fuzheng,it is believed that the occurrence of disease is the result of the lack of Zheng Qi.Therefore,it is necessary to fully understand the role of Zheng Qi in clinical practice,always paying attention to the strength of the patient′s Zheng Qi and never forgeting to protect the Zheng Qi in them.Fuzheng(protecting Zheng Qi)or Fuzheng Quxie(protecting Zheng Qi and dispelling evil factor Qi at the same time)should always be considered as the fundamental treatment strategy in treating diseases.Fuzheng includes protecting Zheng Qi before the occurrence of disease,dispelling evil factor Qi is Fuzheng in fighting between the two sides,Fuzheng Guben when Zheng Qi prevails,Fuzheng is to dispel the evil factor Qi when it retreats,dispelling the evil factor Qi is Fuzheng when the two fight against each other,Fuzheng being the main method with dispelling evil factor Qi as the aiding method when the evil factor Qi prevails,as well as tonifying Zheng Qi the root of health when treating the symptoms fails under the condition of Zheng Qi deficiency and evi
