摘　　要：在当前职业教育快速发展的背景下,技能大赛作为提升学生职业素养的重要途径,其重要性日益凸显。文章通过探讨高职服装专业学生职业素养培养的意义,分析高职服装技能大赛中的职业素养体现,探索技能大赛有效融入职业素养培养的有效路径,对促进学生全面发展、助力企业转型升级、推进我国职业教育高质量发展有着重要意义。Against the rapid development in vocational education,skills competitions have increasingly emerged as pivotal in enhancing students'vocational competence.We explores the significance of cultivating vocational competence among higher vocational garment students,analyzes how vocational competence manifests in vocational garment skills competitions,and investigates effective pathways for integrating skills competitions into vocational competence development.Such endeavors are crucial in promoting students'comprehensive development,aiding enterprises in transformation and upgrading,and advancing high-quality vocational education in China.
