摘　　要：为满足经济社会发展对技能人才的需求和应对能源危机、气候变化、数字化转型等全球性挑战,德国联邦教育和研究部正式启动“职业教育卓越计划”,旨在提升职业教育的吸引力,满足经济发展对技能人才的需求,增强职业教育保障能力以应对全球性挑战。作为一项总体战略,“职业教育卓越计划”通过完善对职教人才的个性化支持,确保技能人才发挥潜能;开展高质量职业教育发展计划,提供有针对性的创新服务和现代化基础设施;扩大职业教育的国际定位,促进职教人才和年轻人的国际交流。In order to meet the demand for skilled talents for economic and social development and to respond to global challenges such as the energy crisis,climate change and digital transformation,the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research launched the Excellence Initiative for Vocational Education,with the aim of enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education,meeting the demand for skilled personnel in economic development and strengthening vocational education support to meet global challenges.As an overarching strategy,the Excellence Initiative for Vocational Education ensures that skilled talents reach their potential by improving personalized support for vocational education talents;developing high-quality vocational education development programmes with targeted and innovative services and modern infrastructure;and expanding the international positioning of vocational education and facilitating international exchanges of vocational education talents and young people.
